Hi, Mama! I’m Jada Glover! As a Certified Lactation Counselor and Certified Health Coach, I help breastfeeding moms transform how they feel by eating all the right lactation nutrients so they have more energy and feel more confident in their bodies. 

All the information and tips I teach also helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and feel more energized after having my kids and exclusively breastfeeding them.
