Hi, I’m Jada!
As a Certified Health Coach and Certified Lactation Counselor, I support mothers from pregnancy through postpartum so you can have a healthy pregnancy, a safe birth, and a smooth transition into motherhood.
My approach is unique in that I offer education and support on all pregnancy and postpartum health topics related to lifestyle, exercise, mindset, and nutrition, in combination with breastfeeding support before and after your baby is born. This level of guidance helps you make wise decisions every step of the way so you can best take care of yourself AND your baby.
